Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Single Sessions

  • 48 Hours or More Before: Full refund or reschedule to another time at no penalty.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Before: Forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling may be available at coach discretion.
  • No-Show (Missing Without Notice): Forfeit the session fee completely.

Monthly Packages

  • Before Commitment Period Begins: Full refund, minus a NZ$20 cancellation fee.
  • Within First Two Sessions: Full refund if you're dissatisfied; otherwise standard cancellation applies.
  • Mid-Month Cancellation: Forfeit unused sessions within that billing month. No refund for the already-paid month.
  • Recurring Cancellation: Can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' written notice. No penalty for future months.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our coaching. If you're unsatisfied after your first session, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Refund Process

  • Email cancellation requests to info@lovelyenersweep.world with your reason.
  • We will confirm receipt and process refunds within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Introductory consultations (complimentary, no refund applies)
  • Recorded sessions after viewing
  • Written guides or resources after download

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, injury, or emergency preventing participation, we may allow exception to cancellation terms. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

6. Billing and Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or monthly subscription initiation.
  • We accept bank transfer and online payment methods.
  • Receipts are provided upon request.

7. Price Changes

We may adjust pricing. Price changes do not apply to existing bookings or active monthly subscriptions. You'll receive 30 days' notice of future price changes.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days with documentation. We'll investigate and resolve fairly.

9. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) are not limited by this policy. If you have concerns, you may contact the Commerce Commission or seek consumer advice.
